WATER RESISTANCE


IMPORTANT TO KNOW

Before using a water resistant 3, 5, 10, 15 or 20 bar watch in water, make sure the crown is pushed in completely. Do not operate the crown with wet fingers or when the watch is in the water. If used in sea water, rinse with fresh water and dry it. Be aware that pressure in bar is a test pressure and care should also be taken when wearing and diving into water.

• If “WATER RESISTANT” is not inscribed on the case back, your watch is not water resistant, and care should be taken not to get your watch wet.

• If “WATER RESISTANT 30 M” is inscribed on the case back, your watch is manufactured to withstand up to 3 ATM, it is not designed for wearing while swimming or diving, but it will withstand splashes or water rain.

• If “WATER RESISTANT 50 M” is inscribed on the case back, your watch is manufactured to withstand up to 5 ATM and is suitable for wearing while swimming, yachting and taking a shower. However, it is not designed for use while skin diving.

• If “WATER RESISTANT 100 to 200 M” is inscribed on the case back, your watch is used for taking a bath, skin diving but not scuba diving.

INSTRUCTIONS


Your watch is one of the following 2 types of analogue quartz watches. Please read the instructions according to your watch type:

Type A : 2 hands + crown  / Type B : 3 hands + crown

TYPE A

TYPE B

1. Remove the plastic from the crown to activate the watch

2. Pull the crown out to the 1st position

3. Adjust the time by turning the crown in the desired direction

4. Push the crown back into the normal position

2. Pull the crown out to the 1st position

3. Turn the crown to set hour and minute hands

4. When the crown is pushed back to the normal position, second hand begins to run

CARE AND ATTENTION


Do not leave your watch in high temperatures (over 60°C). It may cause battery leakage or it could result in burns. Do not leave your watch

in very low temperature for a long time (-10 °C).It may degrade the functions of your watch.

We recommend you to have your watch inspected every two or three years to extend its lifetime.

Be careful not to place your watch close to a magnet. Timekeeping may become inaccurate. If this happens, move your watch away from the magnet and reset the time.

Clean your watch to avoid dust, dirt and moisture. Use a soft dry cloth.

Do not expose your watch to solvents such as gasoline, alcohol, detergents, cosmetics sprays, painting, etc. It may become damaged or discolored.

Make sure to peel your protective sticker on the case back and/or the front before using the watch. If not it will rust the case back.

Be careful not to drop the watch against hard surfaces, or to strong shocks. It may damage your watch.

The symbol indicates that this product shall not be mixed with unsorted municipal waste when disposed of. Correct disposal ensures that waste electrical and electronic equipment is recycled and re-used appropriately. It helps to avoid potential damage to the environment and human health and to preserve natural resources.
